Ok when I look at this card I see a monkey who has broken through some "monkey ceilings" and has learned how to be more human then monkey. Like Planet Of The Apes or something.
And yet is it safe to say that this card is showing very clearly no matter how much things can change, some things can never change and they should be acknowledged if only so that people don't go crazy.
It's like that middle class guy who was raised to believe he could be upper class but he makes too many dumb mistakes and ends up in a lower class situation, and he learns to adjust but something inside of him is sitting in anguish over the fact that he isn't who he is supposed to be. He isn't where he is supposed to be. And yet there he is...he is who he is.
I know this card is keyworded to the energy of No Limits, but to me it's like this person is just so ridiculous.
Here he is, smart, capable, he's been giving opportunities to move up and beyond where he started from but seriously all the education and opportunities in the world won't make this monkey a real human being. This puppet is not becoming a real boy.
So this card to me, it shows a person who is trying really hard to do what he/she is supposed to be doing- which I guess in this case is to become smarter on some level (and by smarter I don't mean literal book smart but learn from the mistakes) but here's the game: this person has been brought into a situation where he was told he could become apart of something and he becomes the example of how someone CAN change and yet.....he's never going to be accepted on the fundamental levels that he needs acceptance from. Like he's a monkey but no matter how great he is no human woman is going to fall in love with him and have his family.
This is the struggle in this card I think: you're looking around like, "I'm doing everything right so what is wrong here?" It's like the "other woman" who breaks up a family and she's with the douche bag who left his family for her and she's wondering why people hate her and judge her. She won't admit that she did wrong to get what she wanted. But still she wonders why his family won't meet her and why his friends or his kids don't like her.
You know there's a movie my kids watch and it's about how the three pigs adopt a baby wolf only they don't know he's a wolf, and this baby wolf and the three pigs become a family and it's only after the baby wold becomes a teenager that his best pig friend from school is like, "Yeah it's got to be frustrating to be a wolf." and she like drops this truth bomb on him because all this time he thought he was a pig.
It was so obvious but he couldn't see what was wrong because it was too obvious.
So I'm gonna say that whatever your situation is the answer may be so obvious that you might actually need someone else to enlighten you with the simple answer. I say this card is showing that someone is going to be pointing something out to you, and once you see it you'll be like, "Why did I never see this before?"
Kind of like the Tower Card.
Like the answer can be a good one too, it's not all doom and gloom. Like when people are acting weird and then you find out later they were all throwing you a surprise party. Or someone you like is acting weird and then you find out they like you too and you're like, "Oh that's why you've been weird. Cause you were trying to hide your feelings."
